EDIN data

IHS Markit EDIN data includes exploration & production, basins and midstream content for over 250 countries. An EDIN license is required to access this data.

With an EDIN license you can also access the EDIN Basin Analog machine learning models that provide data and algorithms to predict : Tools > Analytics Explorer Machine Learning > EDIN Basin Analog.

The following instructions are to load EDIN data, not the machine learning models. However, the log in process is the same.

To load EDIN data:

1. In Spotfire select Tools > IHS Markit Content .
2. The following well-based EDIN data sources are available: Well Data | Monthly Production | Other Data | Block Headers | Contract Headers | Field Headers | US Pipelines

3. In the Enter Credentials dialog box, enter your /EDIN credentials.
4. After entering your credentials, click Login Wait a moment until Success displays beside the Login button. Then click Next.

5. Next, select your EDIN data.
