Export zone data

Data tab

The Data tab sets which zone data items are included in the exported file.

• Select Zone and Items To Export - Once a zone is selected, the list will show the data items in that zone.
• Sort button - Sorts items in the Select Zone and Items to Export List in alphabetical order.
• UP and DOWN arrows-Move the highlighted item in the  "Selected" list.

Options tab

The Options tab sets some of the details on how Petra creates the file.

• Output File Format - This option sets whether the output file is:
  • "Fixed Width Columns"(blank separated)
  • "Comma Delimited."
• When To Write Column Headings - You can have the data columns labeled
  • each time the zone name changes
  • n write the heading once at the beginning of the file.

Layout tab

The Layout tab sets the specific format of the exported file: either column-wise (Layout 1) or row-wise (Layouts 2 and 3).

• Layout 1, Single Record—All data for a zone is written to a single record.
• Layout 2, Multiple Record—Select zone data items are written to a separate record.  
• Layout 3, Enhanced Multiple Record—Additional zone data items are written to a separate record.
