Opening private mode projects

  
Main: Project > Open

The "Select the Petra Project to Open" window lists all available private mode projects.  Projects are listed in sortable columns by name, description,  last used, server name, server IP, and server port.  There is also a "Favorites" column to mark projects you frequently open. If the list is long you can use the Filter tool to reduce the number of listed projects.

To open a private mode project:

From the Petra Main window:

  1. Verify you are in private mode using the Switch Modes button.
  2. Click Open an existing project
  3. Select project.
  4. Click Open.

Info

Displays detailed information about selected project, including map projection, access history, and folder pathways.

Refresh

Refreshes list of projects available from the Petra Database Servers.

Open DB Migrator

Opens Private Mode Project Migration Tool.

# Wells

Adds a column displaying the total well count for each project.

Filter

Filters available projects by search field criteria on name, description, or server.

  • Filter Name, Description, or Server
  • Search Field  Enter search criteria
  • Favorites Only projects indicated as favorite by highlighted star.
