Contour Layer Display Settings (Kingdom only)
Spatial Explorer provides numerous display property options for contour layers. These options include display properties for contour lines and labels, fault polygon display, and color gradient fill between contour lines.
Lines
The contour line properties you can change include line color and style, how frequently to bold lines (every nth line), and the thickness of the bolded lines. You can also specify the value where you want to start the line count for the bolding interval.
Labels
For labels, you can change the font, font size, font color, and text decoration (bold and italics). You can change the spacing between labels on the same line, the label interval (every nth line), and the number of decimal places to display for numeric data.
Fault polygons
For contours that contain fault polygon data, you can turn the display of the faults on or off and change the fill color, line color, and line style of these faults.
Color fill
Spatial Explorer provides several options for displaying a color fill for contours on the Spatial Explorer map. You can turn color fill on and off by selecting the Color fill option, choose a color bar, and reverse the color bar. You can also change the opacity for a range of values. For more information about using the color bar, see Using The Color Bar .
