Activating network licenses—multi users

This workflow is for the license administrator, not the end user.

To activate network licenses on the license server:

1.	Open the IHS Markit License Manager, enter the name of the license server, and click Connect. If the icense manager is installed on the license server, connect to the localhost.

2.	Select SOFTWARE and enter the Entitlement ID (EID) from your Entitlement Certificate in the Entitlement Id field. Click Connect.

3.	Still on the SOFTWARE page, select the products you want to activate and click Activate. The products are removed from this tab and are listed on the LICENSES tab.

4.	Send the full IP address or the DNS name of the license server to the Petra end users. They will need this information when they run Petra Licensing.exe.
